Concept

This 50 m² rental apartment in Prague's Smíchov district offered one exceptional advantage - ceiling heights of 4.2 metres. The project was built around making the most of this volume while creating a home that feels spacious, practical and visually memorable.

Project

A bespoke mezzanine added a full sleeping area with integrated storage, allowing the ground floor to remain open and filled with light. A custom staircase, green kitchen with an island and carefully planned storage solutions transformed the apartment into a highly functional living space.

Every square metre was considered, from the technical documentation and layout planning to the smallest interior details. The result is a compact home with the comfort and functionality of a much larger apartment.
